Nigeria’s Super Eagles will battle the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon for a place in the quarter-finals after the defending champions finished second in their group.

The arrangement for the tournament that had 24 teams for the first time pitched the runners-up of Group B against the runners-up of Group F.

Nigeria surprisingly finished second behind Madagascar in Group B that also had Guinea and Burundi, while Cameroon finished behind Ghana in Group F.
