EPL: Manchester United Held 1-1 By West Ham, Arsenal Beat Bournemouth 3-1 ➖Other Results And Updated Table Standing

Manchester United yet failed to secure a win at Old Trafford as they were held 1-1 by West Ham in Sunday's late game.

Diafra Sakho's early goal gave the Hammers hope of a much-needed victory at Old Trafford, but the Sweden international levelled proceedings with an excellent header

Jose Mourinho was sent to the stands for the second time this season as Manchester United's Old Trafford woes continued in a 1-1 draw against West Ham on Sunday.

United's last home victory in the Premier League came on September 24 and this was their fourth consecutive league draw on their own turf.
And Mourinho's frustrations boiled over when he was ordered to leave the touchline by referee Jon Moss after kicking a water bottle in the first half following a foul given against Paul Pogba for a dive.

West Ham made a rapid start and Diafra Sakho threatened to inflict a second home defeat of the campaign on the Red Devils with a goal after 90 seconds.

United were quickly back on level terms thanks to Zlatan Ibrahimovic but, despite introducing Wayne Rooney and Henrikh Mkhitaryan off the bench, the Red Devils were unable to find a winning goal - although Jesse Lingard did see one ruled out with 15 minutes remaining.

Another home draw leaves United in sixth, four points adrift of Tottenham, while West Ham climb a place to 16th after a stoic defensive showing.

Arsenal Beat Bournemouth 3-1

Arsenal on Sunday afternoon defeated Bournemouth 3-1 at the Emirates Stadium to maintain fourth spot in the English Premier League.

With Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool having won on Saturday, Arsenal needed all three points to maintain the chase on the leaders and break further ahead of London rivals, Tottenham Hotspurs who lost to Chelsea.

Arsene Wenger’s men started well and got their reward early in the 12th minute with a calmly taken goal from Alexis Sánchez coming off an error from Steve Cook.

The Bournemouth defender got the ball from his goalkeeper, before slotting a scuffed pass back across his area and into the path of the Arsenal striker.

However, the lead did not last.

In what seemed like a harsh decision, Bournemouth got a lifeline with a penalty award after minutes of good pressure on the Arsenal defence.

Callum Wilson stepped forward to convert in the 23rd minute, making history as the scorer of Bournemouth’s first ever goal against the Gunners in history.

Walcott made it 2-1 in the 53rd minute. Ozil showed some lovely footwork, before curling a cross towards the back post. Monreal received it and guided a square ball towards the back post, which the England international was able to nod home from close-range.

Sanchez finished what he started and sealed the game for Arsenal in the 90th minute after Olivier Giroud picked out the Chile international in the six-yard box.

The 3-1 victory brought an end to Arsenal’s three game win-less run after draws against Spurs, Manchester United and PSG had left fans nervous.

The Gunners remain three points behind table leaders Chelsea.
