Chelsea break losing streak, beat Bournemouth 1-4 in Premier League

Pedro gets Chelsea off to a flyer on the south coast, finishing past Artur Boruc after a pass from Cesc Fabregas.

Eden Hazard doubles visitors lead after 35 minutes, converting Fabregas's backheel from 20 yards out and scores first EPL goal of season.

Tommy Elphick immediately pulled one back for Bournemouth, getting above the Chelsea defenders to head home.
Fabregas turned provider again to seal the win, rolling the ball to Willian who stroked home in the 71st minute.

Hazard then volleyed home from Nemanja Matic's cross to double his tally for the season in stoppage time.

Eden Hazard did what he used to do so often and Cesc Fabregas was exquisite, a master craftsman of vision and touch. At times in Dorset, it was almost possible to remember what it was like when Chelsea didn’t play dead rubbers in April.

This was frequently brilliant and occasionally compelling. No two men were more impressive than Hazard, who scored twice, and Fabregas, the puppet master who made three.

And yet they are also the two men who, arguably, have been the most underwhelming in this weakest of title defences. With the trophy long gone, why has it taken so long to see their tremendous talents?
